Sherri supports her clients as they explore effective communication strategies, negative thinking and self-sabotaging behaviour, healthier relationships, self-compassion, and overall personal growth and well-being. These strategies are authentically examined by employing a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, gradual exposure therapy, emotion-focused family therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, narrative therapy, and other trauma-informed collaborative therapies.
