Meet Weaver and Ren Animal Assisted Therapy

Our resident therapy dogs join Sherri in her office on Mondays to offer Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT). Animals in therapy are known to help improve the well-being of their human clients by reducing stress and feelings of anxiety. Weaver and Ren are retired Dog Guides from Lion's Foundation of Canada, here to offer a source of comfort and compassion during your therapy sessions.

"...emotional connections made with animals in therapy translate into more empathetic relationships and attitudes toward other humans." -Cynthia Chandler, Professor, Director, University of North Texas.
